    5 Days, 4 Nights. Gorilla Trekking and Chimpanzee Safari
  1. Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Kibale national Park You will be met by our company representative with your driver / guide upon arrival at Entebbe airport, and transfer to Kibale forest heading west past Mityana and continue to Fort Portal where you will stop for lunch. Proceed to Kibale forest arriving in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Primate Lodge Kibale.

  2. Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking Chimp musicAfter morning breakfast, wake up early to track chimps near Kanyanchu. This can take you half a day. There are primates in the area like the golden monkey, L’Hoest monkey, baboons, white and black colobus monkeys, grey checked mangabey, red colobus, blue monkeys and pottos. Other animals include forest elephants unique from the common type, giant forest hogs and a striking tree species. Enjoy Lunch and later take a guided nature walk to Bigodi swamp sanctuary, a good site for birders. The Great Blue Turaco and Papyrus Gonolek can easily be marked among the other bird 137 species. There is also an array of butterfly species. Later return for dinner and overnight as above.

  3. Day 3: Bwindi impenetrable national park You will enjoy morning breakfast and set off for Bwindi forest the home of gorillas driving through Ishasha sector in Queen Elizabeth National park famous for tree climbing lions. Cntinue to Bwindi with lunch en-route arriving in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Forest Camp.

  4. Day 4: Mountain gorilla tracking Gorilla trekkingHave early morning breakfast, head to the park office headquarters with packed lunch for a vital briefing prior to trekking the gorillas in the thick impenetrable forests. You get to spend an hour with the gorillas after having trekked for about 5-8 hours. If you still feel strong just head for a brief nature walk to the local Batwa community. Check out the curio shops, children’s school among others. If you are nature lover, you can try the other option being Munyanja river trail, where you can check out an array of bird life and butterflies. Return for dinner and overnight as above.

  5. Day 5: Back to Kampala or Airport drop off.

Overnight at Hotel in Arusha for dinner and stay

Day 2: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Dinner and overnight at Manyara, Camp/ Lodge

Day 3: Lake Manyara – Ngorongoro Crater

Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Lodge or tented camp.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Serengeti National Park

Overnight at Serengeti Lodge or Luxury tented camp.

Day 5: Full day game viewing in Serengeti National Park

Dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge in Serengeti.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park – Lake Natron

Dinner and overnight at the tented camp or campsite.

Day 7: Lake Natron –Tarangire National Park

Dinner and overnight at Lodge or Camp Tarangire.

Day 8: Tarangire – Arusha – Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport

Back to Arusha for dinner and overnight or transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for flight

My first experience in Africa (Kenya) and Calvin and team did so well to made my experience and memories so special. Really enjoyed weather, nature and wildlife with great service provided by each and every team member of World Safari Land during my 5 days stay in Kenya.
